This is primarily a place to talk about tattoos, share designs, show off pictures of things we have or want and also share our experiences of tattoos (good or bad). I will occasionally stray to other topics which might leave you thinking “Where in the name of all that is holy is he going with this?!” but I promise there will be a reason for it.

Bad Tattoos and Cover Ups Gallery

Butterfly?

Photo with kind permission of Ashley A
This tattoo is from Ashley A and she says that is a butterfly. I think it has a likeness to an apple.

Bow

Photo with kind permission of anonymous
This was an anonymous submission of a bow. What are your thoughts?

Dude Sweet and Shibby

Photo with kind permission of Ben B

This is matching tattoo which my friend got for my 21st birthday. Comparing it to my own which do you think is the best/worst?

Amsterdam XXX

Photo with kind permission of I.B

This XXX was done in Amsterdam on a girls holiday. Unfortunately for the person that submitted it they are starting to fade.

Cover up

Photo with kind permission of Hazel

The thistles were done to cover up a tribal design. The photo was submitted by Hazel.

An infected cover-up

Photo with kind permission of C.D

C.D sent in her cover up. It had been a drunken mistake to get her ex-boyfriends name tattooed on her finger. The cover up then became infected which left her with this.

Least favourite

Photo with kind permission of K.J
K.J sent this in last week as this was her first tattoo. She then realised it was her least favourite so decided it would be better showcased in this weeks gallery.

A cover up

Photo with kind permission of Amy

Amy sent in this cover up. The St Peter's cross was to convince herself, and her mum, of her innocence. She struggled to find something to cover it up with but I think that it looks really good.

Little Devil

Photo with kind permission of Pamela
This was sent in by Pamela. "It was done 20 years ago. It's misshapen and sits at a weird position."

Ying and Yang

Photo with kind permission of Gordon

Gordon sent in his Ying and Yang tattoo which is anything but balanced.

J

Photo with kind permission of John

This was done with a needle and Indian ink around 40 years ago. This is John's only tattoo.
